According to the BAEE’S Article the main objects are:

• To assist the reforms of market, making and developing private sector of economy including activity of improvement of legislation in sphere of commercial and labor law;
• To help for BAEE’s members in developing and rising competitiveness of their business, solving of commercial and industrial problems, normalization social and labor relations; distribution positive experience of work, technical innovation, consulting and arising the qualification of staff of BAEE’s members;
• Lobbying and universal protection of BAEE’s members and presentation of their  interests in Government, State authorities, public and other organizations;
• To assistance to developing external economic links and foreign relations between business representatives in Belarus and abroad.

BAEE assists stability and further development of free entrepreneurship through:

• Support and help in solving the most important problems;
• Participation in process of lawmaking;
• Influence on the state authorities’ decision;
• Quick help in crisis situations
• Extension of business partnership sphere;
• Formation of collective opinion and informativity of respective authorities and public.
